BLOW UP Friday the 13th…Enter at your own risk!

Gil Mantera’s Party Dream played at BLOW UP last February on Friday the 13th… is this just a spooky coincidence? No, I think not.

This Friday, Blow Up will be filled with fear, a fear that Gil Mantera will rock us into our graves.  It’s Friday the 13th, and we’re all freaked out.  Only the brave and strong will temp the hands of fate and enter into the dark and desperate confines know as The Rickshaw Stop to witness the all powerful force that is GIL MANTERA’S PARTY DREAM!!!

Video of last years GMPD at Blow Up by Larrisabot

Many disasters have taken place on Friday the 13th and have been blamed on unlucky superstitious beliefs. Many people still hesitate to invite bad luck on Friday the 13th by avoiding driving, eating out or hosting a party.

HAHAHA, not BLOW UP, not Jeffrey Paradise, not Ava Berlin, not Joe Bank$, not the cool people of the Bay Area!  We will stop at nothing to get wild and crazy with our favorite Ohioans, Gil Mantera’s Party Dream.

This Friday the 13th, when the darkness falls, the cool air sweeps in, and the pounding music comes pulsing through the speakers… BLOW UP and Get Down… but enter at your own risk!!!

xox,
Jeffrey Paradise

Storm Vincent Returns to BLOW UP for Le Castle Vania

CLICK THE PIC TO CHECK HIS SETS!

Storm Vincent first rolled up to BLOW UP out of AAU last year with his trademark fisheye lens and a cow mask. When we saw his photos, we blown away! Everyone loves Storm and this is why. He left SF to go home during summer in North Carolina since school is out. He called me up last night and said he misses BLOW UP and everyone, and does NOT want to miss Le Castle Vania. So we worked things out and last night around 3am, he got on a plane and traveled 3000 miles and 8 hours to be at BLOW UP tonight, photographing the insanity. If that isn’t love then I don’t know what is! Tonight is going to be one night you better not miss!!
