One of the many epic shots to be taken at BLOW UP SF. Storm Vincent captures the massive army that raids the Rickshaw Stop on Friday nights. Expect to see more from all our photographers at the big 100!
It might be a bold move to say that this is my favorite Blow Up video, so I’ll call it one of the favorites. Like all videos the love and craziness is captured by the camera. Along with the flashy party people who let loose on the floor. For me, the track Sweaty by Muscles, is the cherry on top. It’s the perfect song for a Blow Up party video, considering that the song seems to be EXACTLY about the one and only BLOW UP SF.
“I’m getting tired and I’m sweaty…We hugged a few times it was special…My hand slipped into your hand, and it was awesome.”
Well, if you’ve experienced this party, you know exactly what I mean. Peace, Love, Ecstasy.

With resident djays Richie Panic and Jeffrey Paradise already tearin’ it down every night, they still provide the hottest guest djays for the crowd. To battle down for the top spot on my list for favorite DJ at Blow Up is DESIGNER DRUGS and Le Castle Vania. With these guys, there are no wall flowers, everyone is guaranteed to ‘cross the dance floor’ at some point in the night. Every time they both make a guest appearance, the Rickshaw Stop is swarmed with people of San Francisco. They line up, ready to yell out of excitement and dance as the djays drop their favorite tunes. Everyone expecting the wildest, hottest, and sweatiest party of that month. Because, of course, the Blow Up team never seems to fail to top each party.
All this leading up to the 100th Blow Up party, and whatever else debauchery is to come in 2010! Be there to Celebrate the 100th party on friday!
Blow Up and Get Down.
