There’s no video from the 1st Year party (sadly)… the videos demonstrate we all go very very large for BLOW UP anniversaries! I’m personally so fucking exxxcited about this year!!! 5 Years of new music, new friends, new experiences, and all kinds of trouble we’ve gotten into together!!!

So, please, don’t come out unless you are ready to join the party with us and go BIG BIG BIG!!! no holding back!!! let’s show DJ Skeet Skeet how we like to party!

+ there will be some mad famous photographers and videographers on hand to capture all the magic and we’ll all get to show our friends in other citys how much we rule and they suck [hehe]

- in all seriousness, I’m so excited and feel so lucky to have been a part of something so fun for such a long time, I have hardly done anything for 5 years… wtf, so the fact that Blow Up has been in the club for 5 year (not to mention all the undergrounds before it officially launched).

LET’S FUCKING PARTY TOGETHER!!!

Rony’s Photobooth from August 14, 2009 with The Rapture DJs

I love Rony. It was so, so, so special to have him back in San Francisco. His photos are already up from Blow Up and they’re so amazing that I posted a few here instead of just one. So anyhow, that night with Skeet Skeet and Rony’s Photobooth was incredible! ! ! It was the most people we’re ever had at blow up in one night – almost 700 people came and at least 200 were turned away. It was almost too crazy, so sadly were going to have to start turning people away earlier in the night because the club can’t handle so many wild party people.

So March 13th, make sure you get there early! We have legendary DJ Stretch Armstrong (NYC) and more surprise guests to come.

Also look out for our BLOW UP design contest coming soon, we are looking for people with art and/or graphic design backgrounds to submit their work to be printed on the first ever BLOW UP inspired merchandise: PANTIES! more details to follow.
