What’s up friends?! We are just about ready for the big BIG night with Stones Throw x Fool’s Gold Discotheque and BLOW UP SF! I cannot stress it enough about how special this party is going to be. Once again, thanks to Jeffrey and Ava for making it all happen! <3

Just as we enter the weekend we have a couple of more things we'd like to share with you.

Veteran DJ J. Rocc will be performing amongst the all star line up tomorrow. Rocc founded the Beat Junkies in 1992 with his buddies Melo-D and Rhettmatic. The Beat Junkies quickly became heavy hitters in the birth of instrumental hip-hop as they won prestigious tournaments like DMC, just like our bro A-Trak. So, yeah, you can say we’ll all be dancing to some amazing talent tomorrow night!!

J. Rocc has released several mixtapes as well as original productions for Stones Throw Recs, and has even been the DJ for his Stones Throw fam Madlib since the 2000’s. In which he became the 3rd member of Jaylib for their live shows (Madlib and J Dilla).
